Greetings from Ann Beeson, CPPP’s New Executive Director

Greetings! I am truly delighted to be the new Executive Director of the Center for Public Policy Priorities.
I am very proud to be a Texan. We have so much to build on – the best culture anywhere, a fierce sense of pride, thriving cities, an innovative spirit.
I believe in a future for our state that gives every Texan the chance to succeed. But today, too many Texans lack the means to thrive. In my first video at CPPP, I share a few reflections about how to build a better future that every Texan can enjoy.
This week is an historic time for the Center, for Texas, and for our country. We are taking a momentous step towards ensuring health care for all Americans as implementation of the Affordable Care Act begins. I encourage you to visit our home page for all the latest resources and information on the ACA.
We are all in this together. I am deeply grateful for the support of our long-partners, and relish the many new friends I’ll meet in the coming months. I welcome your ideas and support as we work to build a better future for our state.

Sincerely yours,
Ann Beeson
